I go in to order a nitro coffee, the two guys taking my order start talking to each other on the mic and walk away. They come back and start pouring cold brew. I tell them I ordered nitro coffee but they replied they are out. So I ask for a refund. Instead of saying "ok" they proceed to try and manipulate me by saying "cold brew and nitro are pretty much the same thing". They are not the same thing.
