The service was smooth.
It's always a challenge to get a drink correct and I'm not actually sure why. You ask for skim milk, you get skim AND oat milk. They typed in that way. Ask for a medium cup of ice with a single shot of espresso (mixing my own protein shake with it) and I got a medium hot cup with the hot shot of espresso. So I asked them to fix it with what I originally asked, they chilled the espresso shot and added it to a small hot cup.
