Today I visited Dunkin and I waited literally 20 minutes for some microwave food. He gave my food to the wrong person then he justified it as oh you guys had the same thing so she got my order 15 mins ago while I’m waiting on her order a bunch of kids working in a place they have no clue on customer service.
I was invisible. No service at all.
They were closed even though the website said they were open until 10 on Wednesdays. YALL need to fix your hours or they closing too early
Great service, very nice staff highly recommend everything was great !
