One of the young lady working there is rude. After I mentioned my order was wrong, instead of politely offering to fix it she gave me a nasty attitude. I told Im just ordering right from what the screen says. Then she cuts me off and fixes it. She places it down and says absolutely nothing. I would have said thank you but that goes to show she didn't deserve a thank you. Dunkin Donut do better because nowadays people are losing customer service skills. 10/10 must try. Staff makes you feel like family.
Worst customer service, standing on line for more than 15 minutes 3 people working there is only 1 person right before which taking care of and another two workers seems doesn't care , they talk each other for ignoring people on line . this dunkin donuts service one of the worst I have ever seen .
