First and last time I ever go to a dunkin donuts. If I pay for the food I want all the food included in the order unless they didn’t charge me for the egg they left out. Not to mention the wait for burnt food.
I went to the drive thru speaker and nobody answered for 5 minutes so I pulled to the window and nobody came for another 5 minutes, this was 8am. I walked inside to pickup my order and both associates were sitting at the table in the middle of the mcx talking. Once I grabbed my food it was wrong and I didn’t have the patience to go back and get the rest and the best part of it is the phone line isn’t working. Don’t waste your time going here even for the convenience of being on base.
Never come to this location if you don't want to spend 30 minutes on cold food and lukewarm iced drinks. This is such a disappointment to the Dunkin franchise. They need to do some work to this place and hire more people. This is ridiculous.
They are always out of items and almost always mess up something in your order.
Repeatedly proven to be the worst Dunkin' Donuts experience. Don't go here.
