This is by far the worst Dunkin’ I’ve ever visited. Every time I order here, something goes wrong, items are out of stock, wait times are extremely long, customer service is poor, and food items are often missing. The problems are constant, and the list honestly keeps growing. At this point, I would rather see this location shut down than stay open and continue wasting and essentially stealing people’s time and money. Why is this location so consistently bad?
I hate to be mean but, I Can’t understand how even when there’s only one customer they take FOREVER…… who hires the people that work at this location?
To be completely honest, I don’t understand why everyone is whining and complaining under these reviews. I completely understand why it takes A little longer for orders, especially during their most peak times. I usually get a large iced dunkalatte and an avocado toast, when not busy it usually comes out in 3-5 min. Employees are great, they seem to care about the job and well being of the store.
