To be completely honest, I don’t understand why everyone is whining and complaining under these reviews. I completely understand why it takes A little longer for orders, especially during their most peak times. I usually get a large iced dunkalatte and an avocado toast, when not busy it usually comes out in 3-5 min. Employees are great, they seem to care about the job and well being of the store. Location was closed, no notification at drive thru, drive thru window, or in store, trying to get a refund for my mobile order pickup...10 other cars went through the drive thru while I was there, everyone eventually left since no one was in the store. Is this location permanently closed now?
The morning staff from manager to the workers have been great. I've been using this location for 5 months now and they give excellent service.
