I did a mobile order and so my food was ready when I arrived. The staff was friendly and efficient.
They never have anything always sold out and never have any of the promotions either. The Walmart’s DD is way smaller and it’s always well stocked.
Slow drive thru. Almost 15 minutes wait second car from the window. They play on their phones instead of making the order.
i ordered a large coffee in the drive-through i was charge 27.33 i noticed the error and the girl got the manager. sat in the drive through for what seemed like forever while they tried to correct it, no apology and she still couldn’t get the refund correct i was still over charged. i ended up frustrated so i just drove away yall can keep the extra 2$. maybe in the future they should confirm the order and total before just accepting payment.
HORRIBLE SERVICE WASTED MY LUNCH FOR 20 MINUTES IN THE DRIVE THROUGH WITH TWO IN FRONT OF ME AND NO CUSTOMERS INSIDE!!!! GOT A MELTED DRINK AND I STILL HAD TO WAIT FOR FOOD!!!
