I’m not sure if it was just the time of day (mid-morning) but choices were very limited and the team on duty seemed tired. They were nice just very slow.
Would not recommend this location ordered Brown sugar shaking espresso with lite ice and was told they only fill it halfway which was weird because all the other locations we have been to never had a issue but the drink was not sweet, had to go to a gas station and add sugar, was filled halfway as they stated because we asked for lite ice because they like to fill it to Top with ice and makes it difficult to put a straw in, and on top of that the price was $5.00 more here than in Texas. Was shocked to order 2 Large brown Sugar Shaking Espresso with lite ice due to the fact the stuff so much ice you can’t put a straw in.only to find out here in Arizona they said they will only fill halfway, so was very confused seeing in My city Houston Texas they still fill it not all the way but not half. Dunkin Donuts South 4th Avenue and 16st. Yuma AZ is Amazing I got nothing less than 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Service. The atmosphere is really authentic Christian greeted everyone with a genuine warm smile. The Dunkin Donuts team was really happy and upbeat multi tasking the entire time. They listened 👂 to the customers special and specific orders and paid attention to details.y meal and specialty drink was perfect in every way. This is the must go to for every special treat and events‼️👌💯
Only a few donuts left at the end of the night. You can tell the staff didn't want to be there. Not friendly.
