Great coffee, donuts are fresh and plenty of variety. Clean store. Slow service.
Terrible customer service. They always greet you with an attitude as if you inconvenienced their day. They also never have anything in stock
The drive thru speaker is terrible. Go once a month cause the speaker.
I had a great customer experience , Xander and AJ did a great job showing that this younger generation is in good hands customer service wise. They were in the middle of brewing a fresh pot of tea and I caught them mid brew. They asked if I could wait in front. No problem. The wait was going on longer than anticipated Xander mentioned so he brought out a complimentary donut and hash brown as a thank you for waiting. I appreciated it. These guys give good service.
The drinks I ordered were good, out of 2 times being there once was good and second was bad. The first time there was a line of customers waiting to order and no one was to be seen then the worker came in and she was rude to every costumer, I watched her spill my drink then pick it up and use the same cup to remake it not even caring enough to wipe the cup off and giving it to be covered in sticky coffee. The second time was a very friendly guy full of energy and giving his all to every costumer that came in.
