One of the worst drive-through I ever been. Just to take my order in front of the window. I was waiting for 10 minutes. I was shouting hello anybody there? If you’re running late. Please avoid this Dunkin. The employee doesn’t understand half of your order.
Staff does not listen to your order. You tell them decaf and they give you regular coffee. Usually in the mornings it is one or two employees working, and everything is slow and terrible low-quality since they are rushing to get orders done. This place needs more COMPETENT employees.
They always got my order wrong even if i ordered through the app And they are very slow
Place is super clean and looks brand new. Small parking area with a drive thru, and seating, plus a bathroom, inside. Workers are very busy and take their job seriously. Coffee was fresh and very delicious.
Avoid this Dunkin at all costs. The manager is rude and condescending to customers. I’ve experienced this several times with him and will not be returning. I will drive the extra mile to go to Starbucks, never going back. The parking lot is difficult to get out of when the drive thru is backed up.
