I have never been treated so poorly in a place of business before. The staff here is not only unprofessional but outright racist. I was made to feel unwelcome the entire time, and their dismissive attitudes were clearly aimed at customers who didn’t look like them. It’s shocking that in this day and age, a place can operate with such blatant discrimination. On top of that, their attitude toward men was demeaning. It felt like men were a nuisance to them, and they went out of their way to ignore us.
I will never return to this Dunkin’. The staff’s behavior was both racist and sexist, and it was clear that they didn’t care about hiding it. I felt like I was being judged from the moment I walked in, and their rude comments and dismissive tone made it even worse. They seem to avoid hiring people from different racial backgrounds, which reflects poorly on their values. Men, especially, are treated terribly—they act like serving men is a burden to them.
This Dunkin’ location is a disgrace. The employees were not just rude—they were openly discriminatory. I was ignored and treated with a dismissive attitude while watching them go out of their way to be polite and cheerful to others. Their behavior felt entirely deliberate, and it’s clear that this location has no interest in diversity. To make matters worse, their sexism was glaring. As a man, I was treated like I didn’t even matter, while women received noticeably better treatment.
The ladies are great when they make my coffee and lately there is a gentleman who is very knowledgeable and super nice at the window!! we need more ego workers like them
Everything was made ok,but the super sweet woman working there really made it stand out!
