This is insane- never going back. 9/3 around 0930, I asked a wake up wrap but asked for cheddar since I can't eat American cheese, and some hash browns. After I've left and opened the bag, there's American on it so i can't eat it. Disappointing but oh well. Then the hash browns were burnt. Not great but unfortunate. Then I look in the bottom of the bag and there's handfuls of shredded paper napkins... so much of it. Came here around 4:30 AM there were a couple people on. I had an online order they took a little while but repetitively apologized and offered me a free donut which I really appreciated. For as early as I came it was relatively busy and the staff handled it perfectly. Highly recommend this Dunkin to anyone!
