I was just in the Shell location in Attleboro, Massachusetts. Employees so busy talking about to each other and on their phones, That they completely messed up my order three times. then called me back over to pay for it because they messed up the payment Then warmed my bagel that I did not want heated, And even though I asked for my coffee black, they reiterated cream and sugar back to me.
