When I arrived at this Dunkin, I walked up to the wide open outdoor window. On one side there is a trash can, covered in cigarette butts. On the other side is a planter, also filled with cigarette butts. I stood at the open window for a minute while the cashier inside kept staring at me while helping a customer inside. Then she says, "Are you ordering?" I told her yes and she told me I have to come inside to order. If that is the case, the window should not have been open at all.
