I been coming to this Dunkin for 3 weeks now and the service is not so great. One time they gave me a cup with a split in it and gaslit me into thinking it didn't when I went back to complain, just to get me to leave again, only for the split to open up bigger and spill all over me. Other times the cashier is hard of hearing, asking me what I said and asked for about 5-6 times before paying. It's take longer to order then it takes on line. Bad customer service, they serve extremely poorly, and instead of collaborating with the selection, they mock and pretend they don't understand.
