Check your drive-thru orders before you leave, this Dunkin's very frequently forgets items. I ordered 2 $6 meal deals, and didn't get any hash browns. They also forgot the egg on my bacon egg and cheese sandwich. This has happened multiple times now within the past few months.
My husband and I just went to this dunkin because i needed a coffee after work. We got to the drive through and sat for about 5-10 minutes with no one speaking to us, we both called out and were like “Hey, is anyone there?” Nothing. So incase they were closed we pulled up to the window, to which we were greeted with a brown/red headed woman with one of the worst attitudes i think i’ve encountered. I would just like to say a a major hats off to the staff of this dunkin’s! My husband and I were in the lobby ordering as a man and his wife I assume drove up to the window and the employee kindly let them know she was unable to see them and that next time to please wait by the speaker to order. Went at 5pm, was told we weren’t allowed to order food because they’re closing in an hour. Ridiculous, I used to work at a Dunkin, if there’s donuts on the shelves and food in stock behind the counter, you serve it. It’s right there, you’ll throw them away anyways. I’m sure the guy just wanted to take them home for himself at the end of his shift. The drink was fine but his service, attitude, and inability to sell food when they closed in an hour makes this a 2 star review.
