I was having a difficult morning dealing with college finals and it was visible on my face and in my voice when I pulled up to the dunkin drive thru this morning. I ordered one donut, and when I pulled up to the window a women (I never got her name) who had colorful hair, nails, clothes, and tattoos met me with a smile and whispered to me "Hey honey, I gave you two". And then told me to have a good day and "stay beautiful". Although it was a small act of kindness, her words and compassion had a big impact. This women deserve... read more
