This place has zero customer service! I walked in and 2 employees came out, neither of them acknowledged me and literally turned there back . There was another customer in front of me waiting on his order and told me that this place had terrible service. After 5 minutes of standing in front of them I told the other customer that I was leaving. As I turned to leave the female employee, I turned around but still said nothing. The male employee never looked up . I can't even say it was terrible service because I got NO service.
10 cars in the drive up window, 15 people standing in the lobby. Four people on staff and two of them are standing around doing nothing. Never coming back here again.
I’ve never left a review but with four people working behind the counter, you think it’d take less than 20 minutes to get my drink out.
Staff is rude stands there and talks about the customers and what they order I would not recommend going there I get dunkin everyday and I never had such rude service they were more worried about talking about the customers and the orders than doing their job they sit there and say the customers are rude but the employees are more rude and the manager should really do something about it instead of hiding in the back
