I had a very unsatisfactory experience with my recent order of a Berry Acai Refresher. Despite my repeated attempts to correct the order, both at the initial placement and during a subsequent interaction with another associate, the incorrect Strawberry Refresher was prepared. Although the order label at the drive-thru window indicated the correct Blueberry Acai Refresher, the beverage itself was clearly a Strawberry Refresher, based on its color and scent.
