I'm fuming right now... This is the third time at this location that I've had this happen. These iced coffees are overfilled and the tops are not on securely. This is the third time at the drive-thru that I have been handed my iced coffee with an unsecured lid. The third time that I have gotten iced coffee all over my shirt and pants as it's coming through the window. Terrible customer service. We waited inside to order just to have 3 staff members walk right by, not say a word. Super disrespectful and the worst customer service I’ve seen at a Dunkin. Wouldn’t recommend this Dunkin to anyone. Make the travel to another one.
Ordered a bagel with veggies cream cheese and got a cold rock solid bagel with plain cream cheese
