Sept 4th 2025 went there on my way to the turnpike Ordered two coffees one reg one decaf and two grilled cheese. Got to the order screen, girl kept saying she couldn't hear me I ended up yelling my order to her, get to the first window where your supposed to pay saw two girls with thier backs to the window called out to them they didn't acknowledge me Went to the next window no one there which there wouldn't have been until my order was paid for Now I'm upset because I had to go around front and go inside. The slowest dunkin in maine! They only have the drive thru open before 4am but they only take care of 1 car at a time they dont even take the next order until the car at the window is finished! Horrible service!
Worst experience ever to just pick the order and we need to wait for 55min to just pick up through drive ..are you just checking the patience level ??????
Super Worst the experience I ever had as I need to wait my pick up order for 1 hour through drive ... frustrated and never want to come ever
Takes them 10 minutes to take an order from one person in the drivethru.
