This has got to be the absolute worst Dunkin in our area. I’ve been here a handful of times as it’s close to me and some days I don’t want to drive all the way into West Seneca when I want Dunkin. Moving forward…that’s exactly what I’ll be doing. Every time. Every time I visit this particular location, the service & the food are awful. I was the only car in line and they prepared my order, but instead of cashing me out, they placed my order near the pay window and I sat for 4 minutes. I had to honk my horn for them to look at the pay window to cash me out and give me my food order. Very frustrating and made me late for my morning commute.
If I had to rate zero stars, I would do it. My family and I stopped by to get some coffee. We got there around 6:15 pm and she told us that they were closing soon and we asked when they were going to close and the lady said in couple of minutes…like give us a exact time instead of saying soon! we were going to order but she walked away 😒
