I ask for a loaded hash brown was cold no cheese just the hash browns cold and a lil of bacon.
The people who work here are so rude, and just make you feel like they don’t want you there. Went in for simple nitro cold brews, one black and one with cream. I watched them try to pour the nitro and it was sputtering like it was empty. So instead of changing the line or letting us know it was out, they took the sputtering foam and poured the regular cold brew in with it. The second one with cream, the same thing. Bad service!!! Wrong orders every time!!!!!
They don’t seem to understand what “light and sweet” means, and my coffee tastes wrong almost every time — either too bitter or just off. On top of that, none of the staff even speak to you or acknowledge you, which feels rude
