I ordered an iced coffee this morning. I pulled up to the window and handed her my card and she gave me a hot coffee. I said to her that I asked for ice and she goes “it says hot” with an attitude. I then asked her if she could make me an iced one and she gave me a dirty look and said “nope, there’s a line”. I grabbed by card and drove off. I come to this Dunkin all the time and will NEVER come here again. She was extremely rude.
Placed an online order- both the Dunkin app and maps said it was open, but when I showed up there were cones in front of both drive through entrances so there was no way to access it (drive through only location). When I called no one responded. Waste of time and money.
Avoid this location at all costs. Go to Assinippi instead. Staff is extremely rude.
My order was barely done correctly. Bacon egg and cheese didn’t come with bacon just a was of cheese and egg and when I got my mocha coffee it tasted like crap. Couldn’t even taste my mocha. Came in asked for more syrup and she goes “oh I can’t really mix it much but here” and I said okay that’s fine. Just accepted it at that point. waste of money. Other people that did the ordering did seem very nice.
