It's Dunkins, it sucks.
Unfortunately, I can’t say much positive about my recent visits. The drinks are consistently made incorrectly about 90% of the time. Several employees are rude, loud, and generally seem uninterested in providing good service. It feels like they don't care much about getting the order right or even following through with basic customer service. Multiple times no sugar in my iced coffee, and the most recent visit they only had whole bean coffee and wouldn't grind it. I've never heard of a coffee shop that doesn't grind beans.
