The absolute best Dunkin’ in the town I come from Chicago because I work out this way And the two years I’ve been out here , I’ve never had a bad experience with this location! Customer service is amazing! Feels like family
Stopped to get a drink and it was not great quality. Coffee was lukewarm and the whipped topping and seasoning stuff was just thrown on top.
The girl who looks like Winnie from Hocos Pocus needs to be fired immediately. THE rudest customer service I’ve ever seen. I ordered a large coffee and asked if I could possibly get it extra hot and double cupped because I would be traveling 20 mins away and we refer to this dunkin as the “Nice Dunkin” unfortunately Winnie, bewitched my feelings.
