20 minute wait for an egg sandwich
Waited for 20 minutes for a coffee and place wasn’t busy
Offensively bad service I've never been in a Dunkin so poorly run I arrived for my online order which was just 1 iced coffee placed 15 minutes before I arrived. I get to the pickup up counter where another man is already waiting. He's standing there waiting for cups. One girl in the back looks up and says to him "you're still here?" He responds "yeah, I've been waiting 10 minutes for some cups and creamer. Can you help? Just got back from waiting 20 minutes in line with one other car in front of me with the worker talking to the car ahead and when I finally got to the window the worker had forgotten my order, didn’t make it right and then “Thanked me for the encouragement.” Since I guess I was wrong to not want to spend my day in a drive through. Save your time and energy and go to a different location
Fast and friendly service. They get my order right every time. By far the best Dunkin.
