I really really dislike to ever write a negative review but this place has gone way down hill. The old managers were amazing and very good at what they did. The place was clean and ran so smoothly. Now the wait time is 15-20min no matter what time you go. The managers and staff are too busy socializing and off in space. It's sad but all the new staff either have no idea what they are doing or they just don't care.
This location went down hill when john and Steve left. The new male manager doesn't work like past managers and prefers to socialize then actual manage.
I live in Phillipston and work in Gardner. For years now I’ve gone the opposite way to go to this Dunkin’s because they are the best Dunkin’s I’ve ever been to. No wait time and order was always right. My favorite employee was made to leave the job and couple weeks ago and since then they have all new people. Now, there is always a huge line and long wait time and my coffee is never made right unless it’s an existing worker from this location making it. These guys are THE most polite, sweet just overall NICE people I think I've ever encounteted at a dunks 😭 The team is WONDERFUL no matter what time you go in, or who's on shift. I pretty much always stop before going to MB. I wish the one in Templeton was a FRACTION of how awesome the Athol team is. If the manager sees this, please tell them how great they are *all the time* and give them raises!!
