Never had any issues.
I have never been treated so poorly and rudely by anyone, especially the young man at this window..I don’t even want to give him a one star…This was today at approximately 1:15pm.. I will not be returning to this location again because of him….If this is what they hire to interact with customers.. I am so upset.. I have never ever complained before!!!
The manager always has a bad attitude and doesn’t like anything anyone has to say nor does she care. I’m a 2-3 times a day regular driving 15 mins back and forth total 30 mins. I was over charged for a sandwich that we don’t eat at all. I called and spoke to her directly about the wrong order and was brushed off she said I ordered it like that. We don’t eat meat at all. First time in here in person. Went terribly. Usually (according to my mother) the coffee is burned. Today, they had no sausage and had bacon which she cant eat because of her teeth, no mayo, the tables were messy, and my father asked for a tray for the drinks 4 times and didn't get one. My mother's coffee also tastes like it has no sugar at all. They can't switch the coffee for my younger brother to a hot coco so he got a decaf instead.
