This Dunkin is so hit or miss. Sometimes they make stuff perfectly and other times they will completely screw it up. Went for a toasted bagel with butter and no cream cheese. Got an untoasted bagel with cream cheese. And it's so not worth the hassle going back so I'm fixing it myself.
