Clean good service and friendly
I’m writing to share ongoing concerns about the condition and quality of this Dunkin’ location, particularly during the morning,afternoon and early evening hours after work. When the previous manager a Black gentleman with a beard and distinctive Chinese-style tattoos was running the store, the environment was consistently clean, the food was prepared correctly, and the drinks were reliably made to standard. This Dunkin is so hit or miss. Sometimes they make stuff perfectly and other times they will completely screw it up. Went for a toasted bagel with butter and no cream cheese. Got an untoasted bagel with cream cheese. And it's so not worth the hassle going back so I'm fixing it myself. Update: I'm never coming back to this location again. Today I went back and thought I would treat myself with a decaf iced coffee cause I can not have caffeine due to a medical condition.
