If I could give no stars I would. I waiting for over 45 min for a small coffee, hash browns and bagel bites and I didn’t even get the coffee I ordered. if it wasn’t for my kids I would have left. Got 2 different excuses on why I didn’t receive my order. Very unorganized
Stop by early mornings. Kaitlin and Sam are the best. Awesome personalities and orders are correct. New staff. Dee and the crew are awesome. Great place to stop. Staff is always changing. I've had no problems here. Latest staff is awesome, come see winter, jesus, step and April. Come see Brandon and the am grew.
So, I really like their donuts and some of their drinks. It can actually be affordable in this current economy compared to places like Starbucks, but when I tell you the customer service is terrible- it is. Sometimes, during daytime hours, the lobby should be open, but doors will be locked, and there'll be a "drive though only" sign on the door. This has happened in the morning at peak coffee time.
