I had a very disappointing experience at this Dunkin location. The customer service was unprofessional, dismissive, and made me feel unwelcome as a customer. The staff seemed uninterested in helping and treated me differently than other customers in the store. The interaction left me feeling that I was being treated unfairly, and I was uncomfortable throughout my visit. Employees are not rude, but order an iced coffee here and they will give u water with a little bit of coffee like honestly be for real smh.
They would rather you use the kiosk instead of ordering at the counter....even when noone else is there....annoying. but its dunkin so the food and coffee is still good. Mostly clean place and noone was rude.
Avoid avoid avoid. Asked for light ice and they filled the cup any way. So i asked to have the ice removed from my drink. And they said they will not fill my drinks becuase the ice is suppose to take up the place and refused to fill up the drink to their normal capacity. I always get my mango protien refresher from other locations filled to the top with less ice. This is stingy behavior.
