Bedt Dunkin in the area! I live in Mansfield and will always visit this Dunkin when I’m in the area 😊 they have never failed me on my order and always have great service.
My daughter ordered on the app, she got to the drive thru and they told her they didn't get her order. She showed them the app confirmation, showed them where the payment was processed, and they just told her they didn't get a ticket and nothing could be done. No offer to help her in any way, just told her she'd have to order and pay again to get her order. Such great customer service 👏
Ordered via drive thru, the coffees tasted disgusting. I ordered a medium iced caramel macchiato, it taste like both burnt coffee beans and watered down. It sucks cause the coffee at this location is always a hit or complete miss.
