Sat in the drive thru for almoat 20 minutes. I would have left had i not mobile-ordered and already paid. By the time I was handed my coffee and bagel, I had ordered almost 30 minutes prior so my coffee was watery, cold foam melted, and my bagel was iced cold. The girl was extremely apologetic for the wait which is why service still got 5 stars, they clearly seemed short-staffed
This is the first Dunkin EVER that didn’t fill my iced coffee up. I specifically didn’t get ice because I wanted the coffee for later & didn’t want it to get watery. Ive done this a few times previously at different locations & never had an issue. Look at my coffee! So you’re telling me I pay almost $5 yet you can’t fill it up? I had to go inside to get it filled AND they tried saying they weren’t supposed to! I’ll stick to going to every other Dunkin in the area. Thanks
Waited 45min!!!! Had to tell them my order three times then proceeded to finally get to pick up window. Andddddd had to tell them my order again!!!!!!!!! Finally got my order took a sip and threw up milk was completely expired this dunkin needs to be reported
