The manager short bold headed gentleman. Had an attitude problem after I didn’t give him a tip on the register. I ordered a medium cappuccino with sugar. I waited a long time and when he finally served it, the coffee container felt real light. Full of foam. I brought it to his attention and gave me a lame explanation that’s how the foam comes out. Arrived at 1100 am on a Sunday (6/2026) and 4 people ahead of me in store. 5 staff members walking around and no one attending to the customer. After 5 minutes 2 left.... 10 mins I walked out...screw dunkin. If this the service expected from them then please close all of them. This one sucks! Not buying dunkin again.
Remember back in the day when the doughnuts could be seved warm and it didn't take forever to get through the line, it's a dim shadow of it's former self
