Me and my friend went, and we had to repeat many times what we wanted. Me and my friend wanted to try the new Sabrina’s Strawberry Daydream Refresher, and she didn’t even know what we were talking about. She, as an employee, should understand what we were talking about. Also, we got the new donuts, and she didn’t even know what we were talking about. We had to point directly at it. She should already know what donut I was talking about and the drink.
I visited this Dunkin’ today and was very disappointed. The new Sabrina’s Carpenter Strawberry Daydream Refresher just launched, and of course, I wanted to try it. The girl who took my order has clearly been working here for a while — I’ve seen her here before. I clearly said the name of the drink, but she didn’t understand me. I was attacked by some random guy here and the two spanish workers both males ignored the man attacking me. Didn't even call the police but looked at me when he was atagonizing me asked him if they were going to call the police and he shushed me put his finger near his mouth and told me to shhh . Very unprofesional .
