Every time I order a coffee on the weekend they do not put cold foam on it. I have to ask EVERY TIME for them to fix it. Weekend crew is incredibly lazy. The only thing keeping it from one star is the fact that the morning crew on weekdays manages to make things correctly. Someone needs to step up on weekends though because I'm honestly starting to get fed up. I'm starting to wonder if the managers/owner of this location even cares about customer experience OR their employees. My autistic daughter has very few preferred foods. One of them is the egg and cheese wake up wraps from dunkin. We order them A LOT for breakfast and they are perfect. In the past month my daughter has requested them for dinner twice. Not a place worth stopping. Seems like distracted service inside . No leadership just getting by
Usually, the service here is great, but today felt like my 12-year-old accidentally ordered a drink from the future and had to wait for tomorrow to arrive. He ordered, paid, and then waited.
