The morning crew Monday-Saturday is amazing always quick and kind- the afternoon crew and Sunday crew is awful! They are beyond slow and never seem to get the orders right. When they screw up they never apologize or anything they just rush you away- very upsetting with the afternoon crew. However as I mentioned the morning crew is fantastic!!!!
This Dunkin operates like a well-oiled machine. The staff keeps things rolling even at the busiest times, and the staff is always polite and professional.
$3.38 for a hot brown water! I know better than to leave any dunkin without checking the quality of my drink so this one's on me but I'm still disappointed. As a customer I shouldn't be in charge of quality control.
