I’m sorry but please don’t hire someone to be a manager if they can’t do simple math. I purchased hasbrowns 1donut and mid strawberry lemonade. The lady that works there said total was $9.23 I gave her a $10 She accidentally gave me back $4.77 I’m not the type to pocket the money so I was honest and told her I should have gotten back just 77¢ and it might have been a mistake.. her manager comes right away to deal with the situation and says it was 11.23 instead and I need to pay more. This is the only DD when i can get my coffee. I have a DD about 2mns from my house but i rather drive all the way to exit 25 (i am by Naugatuck Valley Community College) to get it from this place. I work in Meriden and used to buy it over there however idk what happened 😐 that they started to make my coffee nasty. Mess up on my oders all the time. Asked for hazelnut shot and would give me a coffee tasting like pumkin spice 😫. Tried an other DD in Meriden and they never ever put sugar in the coffee even though i always ask ... read more
I have yet to be greeted with friendliness when I visit. Drive- thru never, ever get my order correct. Ordered a BEC on a croissant, toasted with butter. I received a cold, toasted croissant with no butter. No napkins.
