My sandwich is never toasted. Not the friendliest place. Avoid this Dunkin.... If you like ice in your ice coffee this is the place.
The entire staff are rude!!! They get upset when you interrupted them to place an order. The food is old old OLD!!!!!!! I got so sick from this Dunkin’s Donuts!!! Dry sausage, old bagel. I will stick to Starbucks. Even Wawa. I am done with Dunkin.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this Dunkin location. While waiting for my order, an employee preparing my Dunkin Zero drink called out to me as "Hey, Unkaaal (uncle)." In many South Asian cultures, the way he said it can be perceived as sarcastic, mocking, and disrespectful rather than a polite form of address. I found this comment unprofessional and inappropriate.
