Got an apple fritter for me and my son to spilt. When I got into it, it was absolutely raw in the middle. I will not be coming here again and I wouldn’t recommend you do either. The workers all younger and not nice in the slightest. They felt constantly annoyed at me for any question I asked about the menu. I also got a coffee, and it was made wrong! You spend 5 hours and change for a drink. And then you ask for extra ice, and then they charge, you 50 cents for the extra ice. What a joke?
Only go inside if you're picking out donuts. Other then that you're treated like an inconvenience. Priority of customer definitely goes to drive thru and online order first. And they gave me the wrong sandwich that I asked for.
Literally the nist incompetent, inept staff I have ever encountered. I’m the fool who keeps going back (solely based on the conveniencr factor bc it’s less than a mile from me), but I am definitely done going back there. Wish I could give zero stars bc trying to get a cup of coffee really should not be so stressful and aggravating.
