Ordered a sausage egg croissant. Came with no sausage. Not sure how they forget the main ingredient. Service was generally not a pleasant experience either.
I tried something new and put raspberry flavor in the iced matcha latte and it was amazing!! Highly recommend.
First, they rang me up for 22 pup cups Me: “Oh it’s only 2 pup cups actually, and can you please hand me my coffee first?”(because when they don’t, I have to hold all 3 items and the pup cups usually spill.) I went to order a Frappuccino and someone told me this isn’t Starbucks. I always get that when I go to Dunkin and this is the first time someone told me that. Very bad costumer service. Huffing and puffing like what??? I didn’t even order. I left and have my services to star bucks. Unbelievable.
Getting greeted with an attitude first thing in the morning is always a pleasant experience. I walked out before getting my food.
