I work in the same shopping area, and Dunkin' is open later than the other coffee place. It's a chain restaurant, so while the staff can create some difference in food quality than other locations, I at least know the range it'll fall in. The staff, however, make the experience often not worth the hassle. It happens, and we all have bad days, and food service shifts can be taxing. I don’t know why people said the seller is rude. I feel very good and the seller is friendly with me.
Their drive thru is unbelievably slow.
Terrible service this morning by Teryah in the drive thru window. Very snappy, unprofessional and clueless about what order belonged to customers!
