What you all have done to donuts is sacrilegious!!! Thank god a good donut shop has opened nearby! Can't wait until you all go out of business so that a new national brand can emerge that cares about food quality! !!!News flash!!! You are in the food business, it's all about the food!!! The persons responsible for frozen donuts should be held to account!!!
Carla was incredibly rude during my visit. I had a mobile order for the drive-thru, and when I got to the window she started yelling, “I DON’T HAVE THAT ORDER,” at me and at her coworkers. She rushed me through the drive-thru and didn’t even take a moment to check if the order was placed. Completely unprofessional. If you’re looking for friendly service, I do NOT recommend this Dunkin’!!!
The staff is always nice and the food is always hot. I love coming to this location because they continue to provide consistent service.
Tables not wiped. Messed up my order...manager didn't even come talk to us. This was a BR location too... and sadly BR Daiquiri Ice has changed... it was very bland
