Usually, this place is good. However, the other day, I was waiting in line. The girl in front waited for probably 10-15 minutes, and I don't think she got her order rung up. Nobody wanted to answer the intercom. When I drove to the drive-thru window, three employees passed without acknowledgment. Customer service had really gone downhill.
Service was quick! But, flavored coffee was not stirred up and I had ordered sugar free but it definitely wasn't. The employees were nice and as I said service was quick, but the quality was outrageously bad.
Very good midnight coffee
I go here all the time and always get the same order. Past 3 visits its just gotten worse and worse and ive gotten the exact order everytime. Today I went and It‘s straight milk. My coffee tastes like milk and only milk and it barely even has a brown color its almost pure white. This used to be my go to dunkin but idk anymore. Plus the lady gave us attitude when we went to pay
