Had problems with the order one Sunday morning. Was in a rush and couldn't get it ficlxed. Contacted the corporate... corporate sucks. BUT...got contacted by a manager this morning. Kelvin Simmons. He could not reimburse through the app. I sent him a photo of the receipt and he PERSONALLY sent me a refund through a cash app. GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Pretty good. Wish there was drive through but not bad overall.
Would have given 0 stars if I could. Rude mean employees. One girl in the back was literally frosting donuts as we were ordering, so I asked if she could frost my French twist.. "No!" The girl who took our order said "what do you want" then make the worst drink ever like straight milk. Both looked like they didn't want to be there today.. so maybe they were having a bad day but man. Won't go there again
I usually like dunkin, but many drinks are too sweet and espresso tastes burnt. I enjoy their drinks most of the time however.
