A Dunkin fan here...
Only gave 3 stars for atmosphere as it's a Dunkin, nothing really exciting about the atmosphere. Looks like all the others.
I went yesterday May 26, 2026 to get a frozen coffee with and add on that I had as an reward on my app. When receiving my coffee I was told I didn't have any reward after the customer service staff member sacn it. The manger and the one handling my order we're yelling at with me about an add on. Make a super long line.I felt disrespected and appalled on how they treated me.This is the worst customer service ever!
Manger is very rude, not sure how she still has a job
