This location has been disappointing for quite a few years. They don’t have a good variety of donuts, not to mention their freshness. I guess they decided not to try hard because high school students from the school nearby don’t care about the quality of their food. Every time I stop here which is a few times a year, I remind myself that it’s mediocre in all the aspects, and not worth it. By the way, since when fast food asks for a tip every time you get a cup of coffee?

Employee "improvised" my drink and yelled at me saying I was annoying when I asked for a refund!! I go to this dunkin all the time and they have always been able to make what ive ordered perfectly and quickly, but today when I went there was an employee ive never seen before, Ace. He was the one who took my order. It took at least 5 minutes of me waiting until he took my order. Manager at this location is down right rude to customers. She will give customers the wrong order, or be incorrect on the order and blame the customer every-single-time. She will give you attitude and thinks she can justify it by calling you "sweetheart" or "my love". The customer is never right here, and she acts as if she and the establishment here is entitled to your business. Customer service just simply does not exist at this location.
