This morning I stopped by this location to get a hot chocolate. The gentleman who helped me said their machine was broken and he was trying his best to make it by hand. His customer service was amazing and he was so nice. As he handed me my hot chocolate he said “ I hope you like it and I hope you have a good day” I’m going to have a great day since my hot chocolate tastes amazing! Thank you kind sir!!!
Good customer service. Horrible coffee where its always two to three inches short of being a "full cup". Coffee more times than not has grounds inside and their prices are more expensive then any other dunkins in the area.
