Great hostess!
Very slow service staff seems confused, zero attention to detail.
This is by far the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to in my life. Ordered 20+ mins in advance of being there and had to wait 30 minutes once I got there for my food. When I got my food it was wrong. They were missing two sandwhich was and when I pointed this out I was met unbelievable rudeness. Will never be back. Truly unbelievable. Then when I got a refund the lady charged me again. I pointed out this wasn’t a refund that it was a purchase and she told me it was a refund. Called the bank. They charged me twice.
Extremely slow service. I'm sitting here waiting to make my order in drive thru line. Been waiting 10 mins already. Very unusual for Dunkin donuts locations. Finally made the order now I get to wait on the food. Behind two other cars who also waited way too long just to order. Now they're waiting far too long for their food. People have places to go. You guys need to get it together.
