I always order two coffees, one always comes without dairy. Every single time. It's like it's on purpose at this point. Also they run out of most donuts around 10:30am every morning. 2 stars only because the food is never burnt which is a plus compared to other locations. Edit: Updating after a few years from 2 stars to 1 star. Drinks are slightly more consistent now, but food is often burnt, and cold, and slow to come out. All at once, honestly it’s impressive. I just wanna say how much I love this Dunkin donut location! They accidentally messed up my order this morning which really isn’t that big of a deal I didn’t have time to get it fixed because I had to go to work. I came back in the afternoon and Angela was so helpful! I was really nervous about asking to get my drink fixed after my shift so thank you!

Showed up at 1245 PM on a Monday. Entering the rear of the parking lot, 4 employees were standing out back playing on their phones and smoking cigarettes. I understand that everyone is entitled to a break, but it's not a good look when you walk into a donut restaurant and there are literally no donuts. Lack of leadership to allow the front case to be empty, or just lazy employees who don't care. Maybe it's different in the morning but going there during the day, I would not recommend.
