The lack of sprinkles on any donut with sprinkles has become wild. A company with that much money should never skimp on sprinkles, kids used to love it and now they constantly barely have any on their chocolate icing with sprinkles. Sad really.
The Carter kid at the window was great fast and polite.
New to the independence area, and the Dunkin employees were very kind. I came at a time the entirety of independence wanted coffee and the employees were very understanding and happy to help when I ordered the wrong drink despite all of the chaos.
The gentleman at the drive thru was lovely I believe his name was Kanen very friendly and welcoming!
