I ordered an iced drink and asked for extra milk after I got it. I was told no because since I asked for less ice they will automatically not fill my cup. Ok, no worries. I asked to pay for extra milk and was given attitude that I could not get it because it is in a machine. I asked for any type of milk they had on hand and was told they don’t sell the milk.
