Went through the drive through and asked for an iced pistachio matcha latte with two blueberry shots. Which they clearly can't hear because I had to repeat myself three times. Before I paid, the guy said I got a medium iced coffee, which I didn't. 4th time having to correct myself. When he "fixed" it. They literally only gave me a matcha latte with 2 blueberry shots. No pistachio at all. Oh and not to mention the s*** ton of milk. Literally no matcha or blueberry flavor. Tasted like leftover fruit loop cereal milk.
Ordered 12 Oz coffee & donut to go. I was given a 14oz coffee, charged for 14oz coffee. When I mentioned this to the young lady employee. She sheepishly said that was what I asked for. She knew she was wrong. Now, the extra $ I was charged isn't gonna break me, but it was a cheap and dishonest way to make an extra buck. Won't go back.
