Consistently messes up mobile orders. They don't READ the tickets. Always assume the orders are the same. Shift leaders claim to be managers. Food allergies are real, don't be the reason someone goes to the hospital because YOUR team can't read the tickets.
All I wanted was a bagel man, open sign was on but when I came through at like 445am I waited for like 5min and then the lady told me they didn't open til 5am. Which is wild cause this was my first time going to this location and every other dunkin in the area opens at 4:30... smh.
Signs and online posts are wrong this location does not open til 5:00am. Owner should probably keep the front door locked and turn off the open sign til then.
