Absolutely horrible experience. It started off when we had to wait 20 minutes in the drive-through for our order to even be taken. I thought there was only one worker in the store, but turns out they were four when we finally got to the window. The donuts were terrible and the workers were rude. Definitely go to donut connection down the street.
Overcharged me for doughnuts. Gave me a hard time over the phone - they refused to refund me over the phone and forced us to drive into the store for $14 refund. My mom stopped there on her way home and they gave her a hard time in person, refused to refund her. Bear in mind this is their mistake. Doughnut connection is less than a mile away on route 8 - go there instead.

Depends on the day, but guarantee you if the women who is the district manager is working , the service will be bad. Your drink will be wrong, or you will be charged wrong or you will be asked to go and park to wait for your drink, only to be given the wrong drink or some food you didn't order after 8 minutes of waiting. If she is not there this place is fine.
