Terrible experience. Terrible customer service. Customer service consistently bad. I've given them enough chances. On Jan 31st, 2026 at 9am, I went in to pick up a mobile order. Twenty minutes went by, literally, and out of the 5 workers there, NOT A SINGLE ONE either acknowledged me or even said "Hi. Can I help you?". Not a single one. For TWENTY minutes!
