The guy working the drive through was high and messed up our order after trying to clarify 3 times, so it didn't seem worth it to go back through and correct the order. He didn't seem entirely coherent and had slurred speech and movements, but I his defense the drive through microphone is about two feet further away from the driving portion than it needs to be. The food ended up wrong and burnt, and the drinks the wrong size.
Went in today waited for 10 minutes at the counter without being acknowledged. then watched an employee put their hand down their pants while they were making a coffee we decided to leave.
Why is there a constant hour long wait, AFTER I preordered? What is the benefit of ordering ahead? This location is know for horrible customer service and a high employee turnover!
The workers are inattentive and don’t seem to care about efficiency. We sat at the drive-thru speaker for 10 minutes waiting for someone to take our order after waiting in like for 20 minutes behind 3 cars.
This review goes out to the woman working between 5:50-6am yesterday morning, middle aged with tattoos: I came to the drive through yesterday morning to get a birthday donut for my son. I asked if he could have his own box and she said sure that's fine. When I got to the register, I half jokingly told her that normal people don't wake up at 5am to get their kid a donut.
