Horrible! I came to this dunkin a few months back when Ben was the manager and it was so much better. I came back since I was in town and was hoping for the same friendly service but I find lazy employees who wont even give me the time of day. I came in and waiting at the register for nearly 10 minutes before a lady came to greet me. She took my order and made it completely wrong!
