I DONT NO WHY I PRE ORDER MY DRINK HALF HR AHEAD OF TIME FOR IT NOT TO BE READY . Everyone was walking around when there was A line of cars too . This has happened many of times no body asks you what your waiting for either they just look at you and keep walking around .
This is the slowest Dunkin you will ever come across. Unless you have an extra half hour to burn, avoid at all costs. You will be waiting for your incorrect order, even if there is only 1-2 people in front of you. lol I wish it was only a 10% occurrence, but it’s almost every single time.. I’ve backed out of that drive through 1000 times and I’ve watched many do the same! Not a care in the world behind those counters and windows.
