It’s so early and I’m going to the gym today and it’s such a nice thing when you get greeted by someone so nice. Idk her name but whoever is working the window today at the morning shift is so nice :)
Had to come on just rave about this location and their phenomenal customer service! Thank you Sean for being a great example on how customers should be treated!
The coffee was delicious and so was there bacon egg cheese wraps only thing I didn't like was presentation the picture I menu looks bigger and fuller not what we got other than that very delicious
They took a bit getting payment and handing me my drink...and then they didn't ask if I had the rewards app so I can get points
I have had items missing multiple times at this location. Every time an item is missing I have to spend over 20 minutes on hold with dunkin customer service to get a refund. It’s infuriating. Staff is great but a lot of the time if I order a donut and wraps I will only get the wraps. And by the time I get back to work it’s too late… Also Dunkin never responds to my customer service emails. I have to call them to get a response. It’s extremely unprofessional for such a large company.
