They took a bit getting payment and handing me my drink...and then they didn't ask if I had the rewards app so I can get points
I have had items missing multiple times at this location. Every time an item is missing I have to spend over 20 minutes on hold with dunkin customer service to get a refund. It’s infuriating. Staff is great but a lot of the time if I order a donut and wraps I will only get the wraps. And by the time I get back to work it’s too late… Also Dunkin never responds to my customer service emails. I have to call them to get a response. It’s extremely unprofessional for such a large company.
I got a Caramel Latte with my girlfriend this morning, it was great, the Munchkins were delicious, and the staff there were cool and helping! Definitely coming back here if I'm in Tempe...
Jaleen has great customer service. I drive to this location even tho it’s farther bcuz I love the service here. Always fast and great customer service
Gives me wrong order. Did not follow order instructions. I call phone number, it goes straight to voicemail and says voice boxes is full. Nobody answers the phone. They are unable to resolve this and fix this. Did not pay attention to order, I was the only customer there.
