First, I hadn't visited a donut shop in a while. It was the 4th of July and I suppose the company didn't think to have more than one employee working. This young lady did the best she could with working the drivethru and the numerous customers inside. I was first in line. She apologized three times and I tried to assure her that I was fine with the wait. The donuts were as good as I remembered them but apparently they need help with reliable employees or this young lady was left hanging.
El personal nunca esta atento a las ordenes, este dunkin me queda cerca, y se han equivocado mas de 5 veces con mi ordenes en tan pocos meses, no le ponen huevo a los emparedados que se supone que deben de llevar, no mezclan el cafe, y 2 ocasiones me dieron donas en debes de mi emparedado. No recomiendo que compren ahi
Maybe leave the to go orders where we can grab them and not so far behind the counter especially when you don’t say who’s order is ready. I walked in and sat down assuming my drink wasn’t ready since it’s no where to be seen and got so much attitude asking if I was hanging out? Awful team
