The (new) manager was very rude! I ordered a sandwich on the mobile app. I choice the option on the app for the croissant to be made to a bagel. I pulled up to the window to get my order and noticed right away it was incorrect. Also, the sandwich was cold ! I went inside and asked for it to be made the way I ordered it. The new manager became upset and slammed my sandwich in the garbage, threw the bagel in the oven and slammed the oven door as well! Ordered snacking bacon I just got a clump of all burnt bacon I don't and the guy taking the order seemed annoyed that I was ordering. . I used to like dunkin what the heck happened! And why do they not actually toast the grilled cheese. It's like they just microwaved it. Can't even call it a grilled cheese.
it's just a coffee shop. I couldn't believe I used to purchase this two to three times a day everyday. now I make my coffee at home and save lots of money probably close to thousand a year
