I have always been a junk food junky. A few years ago, i was diagnosed with "borderline" diabetes. I have alway drank soda for as long as i can remember, and NEVER drank water. Well lately i have been changing my eating habits. I stopped drinking soda and cut down significantly on sweets. Since april, i dropped from 254 to 230.
