This location is very good. The employees are nice, they make the stuff well, and the donuts are always fresh and delicious.
Took over a half hour to get 2 simple coffees. We had 3 people pass us in line after the staff told us to “pull up” and that it will only be a second. The staff was supposed to run the coffee out to us after we pulled our car forward. It took over 40 minutes because they forgot about us and our coffee order.
Really disappointed to see only one employee working at 8 in the morning, especially when this location opens at 4:30 AM. I’m assuming he had been working by himself for quite a while, and the drive-thru was busy with a steady line of customers. The employee was clearly doing the best he could trying to handle everything on his own, so this review is not directed toward him at all.
