This is location employs the rudest group of people. I’ve been there many times and 9/10 leave feeling like I’ve inconvenienced the workers just by ordering tea. Yesterday I placed a mobile order then sat at the speaker for about 5 minutes with no acknowledgement. I went inside and one person was sweeping the other was counting money in the drawer. The attitude of some of the employees and inconsistency is beyond my understanding. I have to ALWAYS go inside so they don't screw up my order. I only eat there as its convenient.
