This store is so great! Staff are busy but still patient with my kids while they are learning to order their own food.
Where to start? I stopped going to this Dunkin on account of the overall negative attitude and demeanor by the employees. They seem to take offense to mobile orders being picked up shortly after being placed.. I could simply pull up to the window and not use the app? So you have less time to make the order? Makes no sense.. Today I placed an order out of convenience.. I’m told they can’t make an espresso the latte machine is broken.. Went to the drive thru with my family and had a larger order. The lady when we got to the window instantly said “next time you need to come in because now we have to pull you” and we responded that we have a car full of kids ( one that is handicap) and all she did was repeat what she said prior. Dunkin wasn’t busy at this point. Didn’t even say hi or anything just went and to this. We have been to busier Dunkin’s with a larger order and nobody has ever treated us like this. I’m disgusted. This is my favorite Dunkin Donut Locations. All the girls are so smiley and sweet. My favorite spot to hit before a long day at work. Huge shoutout to Kylie for always being on top of it when she sees me coming
