On 5/9/26, I went in to order a toasted bagel. While my bagel was toasting, the female employee preparing food was eating over the food preparation area and other customers’ food. She was wearing gloves and used those same gloved hands to place food into her mouth, with her fingertips going into her mouth, and then continued preparing customers’ food — including mine — without changing gloves. Couple days ago, I was in there. I can’t believe that the girl who was taking orders, but she looked visibly upset. Anyway she responded to customers’ questions with a very impatient attitude. I was repeated my orders for the same meal set no fewer than three times, but she still yet seemed unable to grasp it. So I went through and confirmed each item with her once again.
