Quick service. Great muffin and "midnight " coffee. Perfect pick me up in the midst of a long trek.
the worst dunkin in all of NEPA. The service sucks and this new thing they’re doing with the drive thru is actually pathetic. I watched 5 cars pull away due to how long the line was taking due to this new system where they “stop orders” with an employee standing outside. Actually horrendous customer service. almost NEVER listens to what I say and I consistently get the wrong drink or food. and it’s not hard orders either it’s right off the menu. not to mention the long black hair that was in my egg sandwich a few years ago. ... read more
I ordered 2 coffees through the drive thru & literally just sat there at the pay window for few minutes. One of the employees, made a drink & went to the back. The other employee had this lackluster attitude as if he didn't want to be at work. I got frustrated & left.
