The drive thru line was long but they were efficient and we got our food in record time.
Had a mix up of an order I had placed and I called and asked if I can exchange it for a new one and spoke to Megan and she was so kind and has an awesome personality and definitely has good customer service skills!!! I ordered a black coffee and hot cappuccino and it tastes like DIRT 💔
I ordered an everything bagel with VEGGIE cream cheese and they gave me strawberry.... now I'm not sure if the person who took my order misunderstood me but I would've gladly clarified on the matter, because in no world is strawberry cream cheese even remotely close to veggie cream cheese. I'm just sad I had to throw away a perfectly good bagel otherwise
