I ordered a refresher, sandwich, and hashbrowns on the app 10 min before I even arrived. I went through the drive through and was told it wasn't ready and to park in one of the spots out front. Waited almost another 10 minutes before my order was brought out. The order wasn't even correct, so I had to go back inside to have them fix it. This Dunkin used to be my go to, but it obviously has gone down hill. Would not recommend wasting your time.
Went here, spilled coffee on myself and then called them for help. They then proceeded to tell me that “I don’t know what to tell you, call 911 or something” are you for real? Horrible.
Ive only picked up mobile orders here, but the staff are usually friendly, food and coffee always ready on time and made perfectly.
While the staff is all very pleasant I thinks it’s absurd that you now make them stand out in the drive thru to take orders, especially in the heat!! This is a very great location with a ton of business which in turn means a longer wait time, takes even longer for the poor staff to put your order in outside on their tablets! Not one of them complained about it but I think it’s absurd.
